Production Coordinator

Orlandi, Inc. is a Farmingdale, NY-based manufacturer of fragrance and cosmetic delivery products. We are seeking an individual with very strong organizational skills, who is detail-oriented, has good communication and inter-personal skills and is comfortable multi-tasking.

As a Production Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work in a team environment which interfaces with internal departments, vendors, as well as clients from high-end fashion and fragrance houses. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the on-going development needs of Orlandi’s client base. We are looking for an individual with experience guiding a production job from development through manufacturing and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage ongoing development needs of Orlandi's client base;
• Communicate with other departments as well as customers;
• Manage the job work flow including documenting job specifications, checking purchase order against quote, ordering materials, manage incoming and outgoing artwork files, tracking schedules.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience or bachelor degree;
• Strong administrative skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively and efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Excel and Word a must;
• Ability to communicate in French a plus;
• Experience with SAGE 100 and manufacturing industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
